With all the promotional stuff that nearly doubles his earnings from the movies is a huge factor in his revenue.

The iron man stands at the third position with a revenue of $81 million. He cashed $15 million from his role in the movie Spiderman: The Homecoming in 2017 alone. This year, Robert Downey Jr. almost doubled his 2017 earnings.
