1. After the Jalianwala Bagh incident, Bhagat Singh bunked his school and went to the place and collected a bottle of mud drenched in the blood of Indians and worshipped it every day.

3. When his parents wanted him to marry, he ran away to Kanpur. He said that he will not marry when his country is ruled by Britishers.
4. Bhagat Singh always said that they might kill him but not his ideas, they might crush his body but never be able to crush his spirit.
5. It is said that Bhagat Singh was smiling when he was hanged as his death sentence and no magistrate was ready to monitor his death punishment and an honorary judge had to do it.
