In a video of the event that released raises doubts that it was negligence by the event organizers who took no precaution to prevent such mishappenings.

The organizers did receive any permission from the government or NOC (No Objection Certificate) also assuring that all the safety precautions would be considered before or during the event. They also assured that no weapons would be allowed to the event, no loudspeakers, and no violation of any traffic rules would be taking place. However, the event was declared a clear case of trespassing.
