Earlier today a promotional event was held in Bandra by Smile Train - an organization which provides free cleft surgery to kids. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan graced the event as the chief guest.
At the event, Aishwarya went on stage to talk about how every child has the right to smile and how Smile Train as an organisation is helping to bring that dream alive for many. While she was talking about this topic she got a little emotional and started talking about her late father Krishna Raj Rai. Check out the video right here:
Aishwarya has been associated with the foundation for the past 10 years as her father was one of the key founding members of the same.Aishwarya's father passed away last year on March 18.And Aishwarya admires him a lot.
