Yoga and meditation are the best remedies to calm your mind, let is be the stress of anything, the yogasanas always wins over it, by calming you and getting you ultimate relaxation. Here we are with few yogas to bring peace to your stressed mind and rest to your overburdened body. So let’s begin..

1. Padmasana (lotus pose)

Benefits: calms mind, eases menstruation, stretches ankle and knees, helps ease childbirth.

2. Salamba Bhujangasana (sphinx pose)

Benefits: eases back pain, reduces stress on back, calms mind, stretches spine, stretches shoulder muscles.  

3. Uttanasana( forward fold pose) 

Benefits: Release tension on head, neck, and shoulders, Cures headache, stretches calves 

4. Setu Bandhasana Sarvangasana ( supported bridge pose) 

Benefits: stretches abdomen, strengthens back, reduce belly and thigh fat, calms body stress. 

5. Viparita karani (legs up the wall pose) 

Benefits: stretches leg, calf , ankle , calms body , reduces stress 

6. Shavasana (corpse pose)

Benefits: calms body and mind, releases stress and tension.
