Cyclone Titli wrecks havoc in Andhra and Odisha
Severe damage to roads and power supply disrupted in many areas

Cyclone Titli uprooted trees and electric poles as many roads were blocked and power supply was cut in areas of Ganjam and Gajapati in Odisha after the cyclone hit landfall this morning. Two people have been killed in districts of Andhra Pradesh as the cyclone caused huge damage to the hutments in the Srikakulam area. 

Power supply and transportation have been stopped in many areas due to the cyclone and the heavy rainfall caused by it. Efforts are ongoing to clear out the roads and restore the power supply. Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Chandrababu Naidu is set to visit the affected areas today and is likely to stay the night there. He also said that the government is trying its best to restore things and cut the damage as soon as possible. 

Areas of Gajapati, Khurda, Puri, Ganjam, Mohana, and Paralakhemundi have been severely affected by the cyclone and heavy rainfall.
