Rani Mukherjee's Hichki has made 100 crores in China

Rani Mukherjee's Hichki has made 100 crores in China breaking Bahubali's record. Within 15 days of its release, the film made Rs. 102.09 crore ($13.94 million). Taran Adarsh tweeted about the film's success, "Power of good content!" 

Hichki has beaten the lifetime collection of Baahubali 2: The Conclusion. Bahubali collected $11 million as its lifetime collection whereas Hichki made $13.94 million. Hichki has joined the big league with Dangal, Secret Superstar, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Hindi Medium and PK, where these movies had a fantastic collection at the Chinese Box office too. 

The movie was released in China on October 12. It opened to a moderate response but saw an incredible growth during the weekends. The film was also released in Russia and Kazakhstan.

It tells the story of a teacher with Tourette syndrome who is passionate and loves her profession. It takes the audience through the journey of this teacher who turns this weakness into her strength.  The movie is directed by Siddharth Malhotra and was released in India on 23 March 2018. 

This was Rani's comeback film. The actor shared her excitement on this happy moment. She said that good cinema does not have any language barriers. The movie was special, seeing it get so much love across these countries is an extremely proud moment.
