A Newborn child in London is the youngest victim of COVID-19. The child's mother rushed to Middlesex University hospital a few days back as she reported fever. And on testing it was pneumonia and after the birth of the child, she was reported positive of coronavirus.
Mother-child is being treated in separate hospitals with care so that they may be cured as soon as possible.
Hospital authorities have reported that mother health is degrading and the child is recovering from the virus. Doctors are busy in figuring out the reason that whether the child got infected in the mother womb or after birth. Mother has been moved to super-speciality hospital for intensive care as maternal health is critical.
London cases are gradually increasing and it has reached to 130 people.
World Health Organisation(WHO) is taking preventive measures to eradicate this pandemic as early as possible.
