Rishi Kapoor said that he bought the best actor award in Filmfare awards in the year Bobby was released. He was 20-21 years old at that time.
2. Raj Kapoor and Nargis
Rishi Kapoor wrote in his autobiography that his father and Nargis had an affair. However, he did not mention her name but instead mentioned the names of the films that they worked together in.
3. Big B
He said that during the early days he had issues with Big B and somehow the tension between them evaporated on its own, and it is only after Amar Akbar Anthony that they both were completely friends.
4. Love With Dimple
Rishi Kapoor said that in spite of all that drama that happened in the past and all the speculations people made about Dimple wearing a ring given by Rishi Kapoor, Rishi wrote in his autobiography that he was never in love with her or infatuated towards her. He only became a little possessive about her after Bobby and dimple still visits the family after all the ups and downs that the family and she have gone through.
5. Ranbir’s Debut Film
Rishi Kapoor said that Ranbir’s debut film Saawariya was similar to Raj Kapoor’s Chhaliya. Both the movie bombed at the box office. However, Rishi Kapoor did not know the premises of the story till later. He also did not like the movie Rocket Singh: Sales Man Of The Year.
