Sources reveal that Aishwarya was discussing a project with Sanjay Leela Bhansali when Anurag Kashyap approached the couple with the story of ‘Gulab Jamun’. She had to choose between Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film and sharing screen space with her husband, and hence she chose Anurag’s film. They haven’t acted together since eight years, and they both have fabulous roles in the movie ‘Gulab Jamun’, the source says.
