HIT To Get Hindi Remake
Rajkummar Rao to play a cop

The Telegu crime thriller, HIT left the audience speechless and at the edge of their seats. How can a movie like that, hide from the eyes of Bollywood makers. Rajkummar Rao has been called in for the movie's remake. Vishwak Sen and Ruhani Sharma played the lead roles in the original film. The film story showcases a cop with some personal issues burdening him and being an obstacle to his duty. HIT stands for Homicide Intervention Team. The protagonist is on the trail of a missing woman.

Amazon Prime has the Telegu version streaming on it. It is also available in Hindi dub for people who don't speak Telegu. Sailesh Kolanu and Dil Raju will be the director and producer of the Hindi remake. Rajkummar Rao commented about the film saying "When I saw HIT, I instantly connected with it. It's an engaging story, relevant in today's environment. As an actor, I am always on the lookout to play characters I haven't explored and HIT gives me a chance to do that. I'm looking forward to taking this journey with Sailesh and Dil Raju."
