India has recorded the highest jump on Covid-19 cases on Friday with 17,296 people tested positive in the previous 24 hours.
Patients numbers are increasing in a drastic manner. Daily around 16,000 patients are tested positive for Coronavirus. On Friday, this number reached to 17,296 people tested positive of Coronavirus. Total cases have reached to 4,90,401 and the death metre has reached to 15,301.
The overall scenario holds good for India in terms of cured patients. India has more than 50% cured patients out of total numbers. The number of active cases in India is 1,89,463.
India has handled the situation quite well as compared to other countries.
Globally around 96 lakh people have been affected by Coronavirus.
