Celebrities have actively participated in the janata curfew and showed respect to our saviours

Prime Minister Narendra Modi called for a Janata Curfew on 22nd March and pleaded everyone to stay back at home and fight the novel Corona Virus. He also asked the citizens to come together and applaud the doctors, nurses,municipal staffs, civil servants and others who are working with all their heart and soul to resist the corona virus outbreak.

Many television celebrities have come forward to make Narendra Modi's initiative a great success. Modi has requested everyone to cheer and applaud from their respective balconies in order to show love, respect and gratitude to the real life heroes .

Popular actors like Arjun Bijlani, Monalisa, Shefali Jariwala,Hiten Tejwani actively participated in this process. Bigg Boss contestant Monalisa and her husband also participated in the same.

Many other celebrities like Arjun Bijlani,Bipasha Basu,Karan Singh Grover also showed their gratitude and uploaded their video on social media for social awarness. Bigg Boss 11 contestant Sapna Choudhury also shared a video from her balcony where she got emotional to see the unity of the people. 

Actress Hina khan shared a video thanking Narendra Modi for this great initiative. she wrote " A tribute to all the health workers,municipal workers,police officials,defence,fire service department and others across the globe working day in and day out to keep us safe."
