SC seeks reply of JK government on moving Kathua case to chandigarh.

The Supreme Court of India has seek the government of Jammu and Kashmir’s reply on the appeal moved by the father of kathua rape and murder victim to shifting the trial to Chandigarh. The council of victim’s father supposed that the atmosphere in kathua is not conducive to a free and fair trial. The trials against the 8 accused begun on Monday.
