Reports have come in that an ad for Toyota Corolla appeared before a video about denouncing HIV tests and treatment. While an ad for Mercedes Benz appeared before a video about AIDS conspiracy theory. These videos are questionable as they claim that HIV and AIDS are not dangerous diseases and instead the antiretroviral medications are more dangerous than these. None of these claims are backed by solid scientific proof and are in contrast to science. These kinds of videos give harmful and misleading information to the world and to people having HIV or have a risk of contracting this disease. YouTube apologized for this mistake and said that it had immediately removed ads on those videos. It said that these videos had got less than $100 in last 60 days. It said that it had credited the advertisers.
