Blind athlete banned from Paralympic for not removing Hijab

Miftahul Jannah, an Indonesian judo player competing in the women's 52 kg visual impairment category was disqualified from the Asian Para Games, as she refused to remove her Hijab. The president of Indonesian National Paralympic Committee (NPC) shared information regarding, the team coach’s poor english and that he didn’t know about this rule.
