It is a very different and concept oriented film. There was no such movie anytime before in Telugu. The film stars Naga Shaurya in the lead role along with Kashmira and Yamini Bhaskar. The teaser seemed to be a comic concept oriented movie. The twist in the film is that the lead role, Naga Shaurya is assumed to be gay.
