England Bans Plastic from October 1
UK Government has completely banned the usage of plastic materials. They have banned plastic straws, cotton buds, stirrers.

A much-needed move has been initiated by the UK Government from October 1. They have stopped the usage of plastic materials completely from October. They have initiated this move way back in April, but due to Covid pandemic, the restrictions were kept on hold according to the conditions. But now it has been imposed by their government completely. 

The ban has been brought into action from October 1 and now it will be illegal for the businessman to use plastic items. All the plastic items including straws, cotton buds, stirrers. But the certain free database has been made where the use of plastic is necessary, they have given certain rules and regulations to use it. 

This ban against plastic by the UK Government is yet another big move to stop the usage of plastic in the country. Plastic releases harmful toxic gases and ingredients that are not good for mankind. It was the much-needed move to safeguard our environment from the plastic. 

Reports show that around 316 million plastic stirrers, 1.8 billion plastic-stemmed cotton buds were used, 4.7 billion plastic straws are used in a year in England.
