Kejriwal Refuses To Leave L-G Office Till Demands Are Met
Delhi CM Kejriwal visited the L-G office to submit a letter regarding the absence of bureaucrats in meetings and decided to stay there till action is taken regarding the subject.

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal decided to sleep on the sofa in L-G office and refused to leave the place as a form of protest. Kejriwal went to meet Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal to discuss the issue of officers not attending his meetings. The chief minister along with some other ministers submitted a letter regarding how the absence of bureaucrats is affecting the efficiency of the system. After submitting the letter, CM decided to stay there till much action was taken towards this issue. The AAP leaders stayed there till midnight and CM slept there on the sofa in L-G’s office. Baijlal’s office, on the other hand, said that the CM threatened the L-G and forced him to take action against the bureaucrats. Kejriwal's government and the bureaucracy have been at loggerheads since the alleged assault on chief secretary Anshu Prakash at Kejriwal’s residence in February. Since then, the officers are only doing their work in the form of written communication.
