After a long span of 500 years, the time has come to build Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. Vijendra Sharma, the priest decided the time and date of the rituals. PM visited Ayodhya in the morning at 11:35. Firstly, he visited Hanuman Mandir and then to the Janm Isthal where he performed all the rituals and led the foundation of the temple. Many dignitaries were welcomed at the venue. Including UP Governor Anandi Ben Patel, CM Yogi Aditya Nath, RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat. Keeping in mind the Coronavirus pandemic all the safety measures were followed and no crowd gathering was allowed.
PM was seen following the protocols as directed by SPG Commandos. Modi Ji also delivered a speech at the end of the programme. Other dignitaries include Baba Ramdev, BJP leader Uma Bharti and many yogis attended the ceremony.
