Taj Mahal 1989 to premiere this valentine’s day
Netflix will release its original series from India, Taj Mahal 1989 this Valentine's Day, (February 14). The story is set in Lucknow University and tells the stories of a Lucknow University professor couple, their students, a forgotten friend, his beloved, and a schoolgirl falling in love with a boy who is too elder than her. This story aims to show love in an unadulterated form.
The cast of Taj Mahal 1989 includes ” Neeraj Kabi, Geetanjali Kulkarni, Sheeba Chaddha, Danish Hussain Paras Priyadarshan, Anshul Chauhan, Anud Singh Dhaka, Shirin Sewani, Mihir Ahuja and Vasundhara Rajput. The story is penned by Pushpendra Nath Misra (Ghoomketu).
Along with Taj Mahal, two more Netflix originals from India, “Jamtara”, that debuted in January, and the yet to release “She” are the products of Viacom18's digital content firm, Tipping Point that was acquired by Netflix two months ago.
Netflix fans are on the tip of their toes for other series like To All The Boys: P.S. I Still Love that will be released on 12th February 2020. This web-series will star Lana Condor, Janel Parrish, Anna Cathcart, Madeleine Arthur, Emilija Baranac, Kelcey Mawema, Jordan Fisher, Ross Butler, Sarayu Blue, John Corbett Noah Centineo and Trezzo Mahoro.
