Tesla company is cutting off thousands of jobs from its company to increase its profits and reduce costs for the production its Model 3 cars. They sent an email saying that they were removing these jobs to simplification of Tesla’s management structure. They clearly mentioned in the mail that this act is to “reduce costs and become more profitable.” A spokesperson of Tesla said that they this decision would remove almost 37,000 jobs all over the company. Most of the jobs were of salried employees and no production employees were removed. Musk told employees in May that the company was undergoing a “thorough reorganization” as it contends with production problems, senior staff departures and recent crashes involving its electric cars. Musk also added that Tesla had decided not to renew a sales agreement with Home Depot (HD.N), and would focus instead on selling its solar products through its own stores and website.
