Shikhar Dhawan stands as the second Indian in the list with 1055 international runs. In the final list, Shikhar Dhawan is at the fifth position. With regards to overall records, the Sri Lankan player Sangakkara has the most number of international runs in a year with 2868 runs. In terms of overall record, Virat Kohli came third in the list with 2818 runs last year. The second position is occupied by the Australian player Ricky Ponting with 2833 runs which her scored internationally in the year 2005.
