NASA has created two virtual reality apps that will now allow users to take selfies in front of the most gorgeous cosmic locations. The Selfies app and Exoplanet Excursions virtual reality app were launched as a form of celebration of the 15th anniversary of NASA’s Spitzer Space Telescope. The Selfies app allows you to take selfies in a virtual space suit posing in front of beautiful cosmic locations. There are currently 30 location images on the app, all of them which were taken by the NASA’s Spitzer Space Telescope. More images from NASA’s other agencies and spacecraft will be added soon in the future. The app also provides you with information behind each of these images.
