In a first, Karnataka Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy has issued an order to not allow access to media personnel inside the Vidhana Soudha- the state assembly building. Times Now has learnt that the office of the Chief Minister has asked Director General (DG) office to make separate enclosures for media outside the assembly building. The enclosures will prevent access of journalists inside the state assembly, and, instead allow the ministers and other officials of the Secretariat to address the media, whenever they intend to.
