Facebook’s Head Of Public Policy & Communication Steps Down
After ten long years of working with Facebook, Elliot Schrage, the vice president of public policy and communication, decided to leave the company.

Elliot Schrage started working at Facebook in 2008. He left his job at Google in the same position to join Facebook. He was a  prominent figure that helped shape Facebook public perception over the course of the last decade and is now on the way out. Earlier this week, Schrage reportedly apologized for comments made in response to questions from Arjuna Capital Managing Partner Natasha Lamb during an investor meeting. He was posed with a question by Natasha about gender pay gap in the company, and reportedly, Elliot would not answer her questions because she was "not nice." It is still not clear about whether that incident influenced Elliot's departure from the company.
