India is the global host of world environment day, an event held by the UN happening today.
The theme of this year’s world environment day is ‘Beat Plastic Pollution’ and India is hosting the World Environment Day this year. This day is a yearly observance event held by the United Nations to develop sustainable lifestyles and improve environment all over the world and make our home a better place for all kinds of beings. Environment day is an initiation to reduce pollution and make life easier for everyone on earth. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address an event on account of this world environment day.
