A judge from Suryapet district, Thungathurthi court in Telangana, Satyanarayana has been arrested for allegedly raping a female lawyer. The woman accused him of sexually exploiting her several times with the promise of marrying her. She has been practising law as a junior advocate in the same court. The arrest was made 11 days after the woman filed the complaint. Meanwhile, after investigation, the judge had been sent to Judicial Remand because he is a member of the judiciary. As per the protocol he was presented in front of the Hyderabad High Court after arresting him from Chikkadpally.
