The spacecraft on Oct. 29, 2018, at about 1:04 p.m. EDT reaches the record of 26.55 million miles from the Sun's surface according to Parker solar probe team. We feel proud that focus on the solar encounter which begins on October 31.
It's only 78 days over since parker solar probe launched. It is expected to reach the record for spacecraft traveling near to the sun. The present record for heliocentric speed is 153,454 miles per hour. By this, we get to know NASA's efforts to understand the sun where changes in solar system affecting the earth.
