For the case which was related to a crime or fraud, Shilpa Shetty along with her mother Sunanda Shetty have been called to Uttar Pradesh. Lucknow police have been called to be in Mumbai for the query to Shilpa Shetty and her mother. In the following claim, Shilpa's mother was charged with fraud in the fitness centre.
Two FIRs have been reported at Hazratganj and Vibhuti Khand officer depots in Lucknow and the police have presently enhanced the inquiry in both cases.
According to law officers, Shilpa Shetty operates a fitness chain named Iosis Wellness Centre. The chairman of this corporation is actress Shilpa Shetty, while her mother Sunanda is the manager.

The claim was that a citizen of Omaxe Heights whose name was Jyotsna Chauhan had filed an objection. The objection was at Rohit Veer Singh and Vibhuti Khand police depot.
The Vibhuti Khand Police and Hazratganj Police have delivered notices for querying Sunanda Shetty and Shilpa Shetty.
DCP (East) Sanjeev Suman announced that the inquiry official, in this case, will depart for Mumbai on Monday to query actress Shilpa Shetty and her mom Sunanda. He will analyze all the questions on this topic.
Sanjeev Suman explained that they are examining as the topic is high-profile and thus the officer is almost examining all the facts.
