The European Space Agency said that our milky way is still undergoing the effects of the near collision that took place around 300 to 900 million years ago. This has set the stars in our milky way to move like ripples in a pond. The space agency said that they found unexpected rippling movements within the stars of the galaxy. This is because around 300-900 million years ago, a Sagittarius Dwarf galaxy sailed past our milky way and the effects cans till be seen till today because of the gravity of that dwarf galaxy.
