Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath created a record on Monday during his Hathras visit by becoming the first-ever Chief Minister to have visited all 75 districts of the state in just 16 months of his rule. At Hathras, where he put the foundation stone of 34 development schemes and welfare schemes worth Rs.155 crore, Aditynath blamed the previous governments for backwardness and lack of development in Uttar Pradesh.
