Users Have Control Over Their Data: Google India
Next year, Google will complete 20 years as a search engine globally. Talking about privacy, Rajan Anandan (Google’s VP) said that they take user’s security and privacy very seriously and that users have complete control over what data Google has about them.

Next year, Google will complete  20 years as a search engine globally. On this occasion, Rajan Anandan, the vice president of South-East Asia and India regions has opened up about his journey in the company. He says that every country is different. People in the different country care about different things. In India, people care about movies, music and sports which is mainly cricket. He also said that what sets India apart is the presence of so many local languages. There are so many languages and there is a lot of potential for voice search here he says. Talking about privacy, he said that they take user’s security and privacy very seriously and that users have complete control over what data Google has about them.
